Marshall Warren Nirenberg

Marshall Warren Nirenberg (10 April 1927 - 15 Januari 2010)^[1] ialah ahli biokimia dan ahli genetik Amerika. Beliau berkongsi Hadiah Nobel dalam Fisiologi atau Perubatan pada tahun 1968 dengan Har Gobind Khorana dan Robert W. Holley untuk "memecahkan kod genetik " dan menerangkan bagaimana ia beroperasi dalam sintesis protein. Pada tahun yang sama, bersama-sama dengan Har Gobind Khorana, beliau dianugerahkan Hadiah Louisa Gross Horwitz dari Columbia University.
