CD1a（Cluster of Differentiation 1a）是身上的一種人類蛋白质，由基因「CD1A」轉譯而成[3]。

該蛋白屬於CD1蛋白家族，為一種穿膜醣蛋白。CD1a與β2-微球蛋白共同構成的異源二聚體（heterodimers）稱為「CD1a複合體」（CD1a complex），在結構上類似MHC I分子。兩者都具有抗原呈現的能力，但CD1a主要呈現的是糖脂類，而MHC分子主要呈現的是多肽類。人類身上的CD1家族基因共有五個，且都集中排列在1號染色體上的某個區域[3]。

臨床意義

在抽菸的病人身上，「CD1A」在肺間質的表現會較為顯著[4]。
