CD1aCluster of Differentiation 1a)是身上的一種人類蛋白质,由基因「CD1A」轉譯而成[3]

該蛋白屬於CD1蛋白家族,為一種穿膜醣蛋白。CD1a與β2-微球蛋白共同構成的異源二聚體(heterodimers)稱為「CD1a複合體」(CD1a complex),在結構上類似MHC I分子。兩者都具有抗原呈現的能力,但CD1a主要呈現的是糖脂類,而MHC分子主要呈現的是多肽類。人類身上的CD1家族基因共有五個,且都集中排列在1號染色體上的某個區域[3]

臨床意義

在抽菸的病人身上,「CD1A」在肺間質的表現會較為顯著[4]
