Joseph "Joey" Francis Tribbiani, Jr. (d. 9 Ocak 1967), Friends dizisinde Matt LeBlanc tarafından canlandırılan hayali kahraman. Ayrıca, Friends dizisi sona erdikten sonra yaratılan Joey dizisinin baş karakteridir.

Chandler'in eski ev arkadaşıdır. Mesleği aktörlüktür. İtalyan asıllıdır; ancak Bronx'ta doğup büyümüştür. Genellikle ufak tefek oyunculuk işleri almasına rağmen en uzun soluklu işi bir pembe dizide oynadığı doktor rolüdür (Dr. Drake Ramoray). Yemeğe ve kadınlara düşkündür. Tek âşık olduğu kadın Rachel'dir ama bir süre çıktıktan sonra çok yakın arkadaş olduklarını fark edip ayrılırlar zaten ilişkileri fazla uzun sürmez. Fazla zeki ve entelektüel sayılmaz. Sevecen karakteri ile arkadaşları arasında sevilir. Çapkınlık maceralarında kullandığı "How you doin'?" (Türkçe: Nasıl gidiyor?) repliği ile de tanınır.
