Helen Menken (d. 12 Aralık 1901 –ö.27 Mart 1966), Amerikalı oyuncudur. Oyunculuğa henüz 16 yaşındayken 1917'de Broodway'de adım attı. Kendisi 1920'li ve 1940'lı yılların önemli oyuncularından olmuştur. 1922-24 yılları arasında rol aldığı televizyon yapımı Seventh Heaven ile sinema filmleri The Old Maid; Mary of Scotland yer aldığı bazı başarılı yapımlardur.
Oyuncu Menken 12 Aralık 1901'de New York şehrinde doğmuş, kalp yetmezliği sonucu 27 Mart 1966'da aynı yerde ölmüştür. Kendisi Kazablanka filminin yıldızı Humphrey Bogart'ın ilk eşidir.
