Timidilat sintaza (EC 2.1.1.45, dTMP sintaza, timidilatna sintetaza, metilintetrahidrofolat:dUMP C-metiltransferaza, TMP sintetaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5,10-metilintetrahidrofolat:dUMP C-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
