Sweet Smell of Success (sh. Slatki miris uspjeha) je američki crno-bijeli igrani film snimljen 1957. u režiji Alexandera McKendricka. Po žanru je drama, a temelji se na pripovjetci Tell Me About It Tomorrow! Ernesta Lehmana, koja je, pak, bila inspirirana Lehmanovim vlastitim iskustvima kao novinara u časopisu Hollywood Reporter. Glavni lik, koga tumači Burt Lancaster, je uticajni i beskrupulozni njujorški novinar koji manipulira i uništava karijere ličnosti tamošnje industrije zabave. Radnja prikazuje kako angažira mladog, ali jednako beskrupuloznog novinskog agenta (čiji lik tumači Tony Curtis) kako bi uništio jazz muzičara (čiji lik tumači Martin Milner) koji je započeo vezu sa njegovom sestrom (koju tumači Susan Harrison). Sweet Smell of Success je doživio komercijalni neuspjeh, a što se često tumači time da je publika bila razočarana da popularni Curtis u filmu ne tumači lik pozitivca, kao i time da je protiv filma kampanju vodio kontroverzni novinar Walter Winchell po kome je modeliran Lancasterov lik. Kritika je, međutim, bila mnogo blagonaklonija, te je Sweet Smell of Sucsess sa vremenom dobio reputaciju jednog od klasičnih ostvarenja Hollywooda 1950-ih.
