Marion County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Iowa. I 2010 hadde fylket 33 309[1][2] innbyggere. Fylket ble opprettet i 1845[1] og fylkessetet er Knoxville.[1].
Fylket er oppkalt etter Francis Marion.[3] Han var oberstløytnant i den kontinentale armé og senere brigadegeneral i militsen i Sør-Carolina under den amerikanske uavhengighetskrigen.
