Kendall County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Illinois. Det ligger i de nordlige delene av staten. Det grenser mot Kane County i nord, DuPage County i nordøst, Will County i øst, Grundy County i sør, La Salle County i vest og mot DeKalb County i nordvest.

Kendall Countys totale areal er 836 km² hvorav 5 km² er vann. I 2010 hadde fylket 54 544^[1] innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Yorkville^[1]. Den mest folkerike byen i Kendall County er Oswego. Fylket har fått sitt navn etter Amos Kendall.
