"ヘヴン・イズ・ア・プレイス・オン・アース"（Heaven Is a Place on Earth）は、アメリカ人歌手のベリンダ・カーライルの楽曲で、彼女の2番目のスタジオアルバムHeaven on Earth (1987)に収録されている。作詞・作曲はRick NowelsとEllen Shipley。1987年9月にリリースされ、1987年12月5日にBillboard Hot 100で1位を獲得、1か月後には全英シングルチャートでも2週連続1位を記録した。

この曲はスイス、アイルランド、スウェーデン、南アフリカおよびノルウェーなどで1位を獲得した。また、ドイツでは3位、オーストラリアでは2位、イタリアでは6位を記録している。

日本では、1988年に東海旅客鉄道（JR東海）の「プレイバック・エクスプレス」CMソングに採用されたのを皮切りに、2002年にスバル・プレオのCMソング、『ベイビーレイズJAPAN 大矢・高見のしゃべりスタ!』（ラジオ日本）のオープニングテーマ、フジテレビ系の『めざましどようび』内「どようび占いcount down」のテーマ曲と『情報プレゼンター とくダネ!』(フジテレビ系列)のテーマソングにも使用された。

また、読売テレビが1987年から1995年にかけて春休み・夏休み・冬休みの学休期間中にOVAやアニメーション映画を中心に放送していた関西ローカルセールスの特別枠番組『アニメだいすき!』シーズン4のOPに採用されていた。
