Spyros Panagiotis Skouras (bahasa Yunani: Σπύρος Σκούρας; 28 Maret 1893 – 16 Agustus 1971) adalah seorang pionir dan eksekutif Yunani-Amerika yang menjadi presiden 20th Century Fox dari 1942 sampai 1962. Ia mengundurkan diri pada 27 Juni 1962, namun menjabat sebagai ketua perusahaan tersebut selama beberapa tahun. Ia juga memiliki sejumlah kapal dan memegang kepemilikan Prudential Lines.
