Pengepungan Tobruk berlangsung selama 241 hari pada 1941, setelah pasukan Blok Poros maju ke Cyrenaica dari El Agheila dalam Operasi Sonnenblume melawan Pasukan Gurun Barat Inggris di Libya, pada Kampanye Gurun Barat (1940–1943) pada Perang Dunia Kedua. Pada akhir 1940, Inggris mengalahkan Tentara ke-10 Italia pada Operasi Compass (9 Desember 1940 – 9 Februari 1941) dan menjebak sisanya di Beda Fomm.
