Kantor Informasi Perang Amerika Serikat

United States Office of War Information (OWI) adalah sebuah agensi pemerintah Amerika Serikat yang dibentuk pada Perang Dunia II untuk mengatur jasa-jasa informasi pemerintah yang telah ada dan mengirimkan propaganda ke dalam negeri dan luar negeri. OWI beroperasi dari Juni 1942 sampai September 1945. Melalui penyiaran radio, surat kabar, poster, fotografi, film dan bentuk-bentuk media lainnya, OWI merupakan penghubung antara pasukan tempur dan masyarakat sipil. Agensi tersebut juga mendirikan beberapa cabang luar negeri, yang meluncurkan kampanye propaganda dan informasi berskala besar di luar negeri.
