Francisco Largo Caballero
Francisco Largo Caballero (Madrid, 15 Oktober 1869 – Paris, 23 Maret 1946[1]) adalah seorang negarawan dan anggota serikat pekerja Spanyol. Dia adalah salah satu pemimpin bersejarah Partai Pekerja Sosialis Spanyol (PSOE) dan Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT) hingga mendapat julukan "Lenin Spanyol".[2] Pada 1936 dan 1937 Caballero menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri Republik Spanyol Kedua selama Perang Saudara Spanyol.
Lahir di Madrid, sebagai seorang pemuda ia mencari nafkah dengan menstuko dinding. Dia berpartisipasi dalam pemogokan kerja pada 1890 dan bergabung dengan PSOE pada 1894. Setelah kematian pendiri partai Pablo Iglesias pada 1925, ia menggantikannya sebagai kepala partai dan UGT.[1]
