"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier (kelahiran 3 Februari 1937) adalah warga sipil Switzerland yang mengklaim dirinya sebagai perantara alien dan manusia. Foto-foto UFO yang kontroversial banyak diperlihatkan Meier yang mengaku kalo itu adalah foto perjumpaannya dengan alien.

Kisah kontak dengan aliennya dimulai tahun 1942 ketika dia berumur 5 tahun. Alien pertama yang menjalin kontak ama dia adalah alien tua yang bernama Sfath.[1] Pada tahun 1953, kontaknya dengan Sfath berakhir dan kembali kontak dengan alien bernama Asket sampai tahun 1964. Setelah 11 tahun tanpa kontak, pada tanggal 28 Januari 1975 kontak kembali terjadi dengan alien wanita bernama Semjase yang mengaku sebagai cicit dari Sfath.[1]

Meier mengaku mempunya banyak foto kontroversial UFO, atau yang dibilang oleh alien Pleiades. Foto-foto ini awalnya merupakan koleksi pribadi. Komunikasi mereka dilakukan dengan tatap muka maupun telepati, alien yang menjalin kontak dengan Meier antara lain Ptah, Semjase, Quetzal, dan Pleja. Alien Pleiades sendiri memiliki planet bernama Erra.

Alien Pleiades ini berasal dari masa depan dimana dimensi mereka berbeda dengan manusia (masa depan alternatif). Untuk meyakinkan orang-orang, Meier telah memotret foto UFO dengan detail yang tinggi, selain itu dia mendapat semacam metal dari para alien ini. Menurut Marcel Vogel, ilmuwan yang memeriksa metal yang ada pada Meier, dia bilang kalo metal itu tidak berasal dari bahan yang ada di bumi. Sayangnya, metal tersebut menghilang dari laboratorium beberapa hari setelah dicek.

Dari banyak kisah kontroversialnya, konon dia diajak ke masa lalu dan bertemu Talmud Jmmanuel yang dikatakan sebagai Yesus. Pertemuannya dikatakan berlangsung selama 4 hari sebelum dia kembali ke masa kini.

Adapula foto yang diklaim sebagai foto Asket dengan Nera yang dikatakan sebagai alien Pleiades. Namun pada tahun 1998, diketahui kalo foto itu adalah foto dari penari bernama Michele DellaFave dan Susan Lund pada acara Dean Martin Christmas Special 1970. Tapi dia menampiknya dengan mengatakan bahwa memang foto tersebut diambil dari layar TV tapi dia mengambilnya waktu dia sedang di dalam UFO.
