David Rosenthal
David Rosenthal on yhdysvaltalainen kolmen Grammy-ehdokkuuden saanut kosketinsoittaja, musiikkituottaja ja sanoittaja. Hänet tunnetaan muun muassa yhteistyöstään Billy Joelin kanssa. Billy Joelin ohella Rosenthal on soittanut ja levyttänyt mm. Bruce Springsteenin, Enrique Iglesiasin, Robert Palmerin, Steve Vain, Yngwie Malmsteenin, Cyndi Lauperin, Little Stevenin, Happy The Manin ja Rainbown kanssa. Rosenthalilla on musiikillinen koulutus Bostonin kuuluisasta Berklee College of Musicista.
Rainbown hajottua Rosenthal jatkoi uraansa hard rockin parissa oman yhtyeensä, David Rosenthal's Red Dawnin kanssa. Yhtyeessä soitti entisiä Rainbown ja Alice Cooperin yhtyeen jäseniä. Yhtye julkaisi vuonna 1993 albumin Never Say Surrender. Sanoittajan roolissa Rosenthal oli mm. Stacy Lattisawin R&B-hitti "Let Me Take You Downin" taustalla. Rosenthal sanoitti myös Rainbown vuonna 1982 ilmestyneeltä Straight Between the Eyes -albumilta löytyvän "Miss Mistreated"-kappaleen sekä seuraavalta Bent out of Shape -albumilta löytyvät kappaleet "Can't Let You Go" sekä "Fire Dance". Vuonna 2000 Rosenthal korvasi Happy The Man -yhtyeen pitkäaikaisen kosketinsoittajan, Kit Watkinsin.
