Squaw Cap is an unincorporated community in Restigouche County, New Brunswick, Canada.[1]
History
William Francis Ganong identified the Mi'kmaq name for Squaw Cap as Peedamkee'jos.[2]
The community will be renamed Evergreen in January 2024, with the nearby mountain of the same name returning to the original name of Meto'mqwijuig Mountain.[3]
