Mahshid (Persian: مهشید, mahshīd or mahsheed, from mah [moon] + shīd or sheed [light]; "moonlight") is a Persian given name for females. Mahshid also translates moon and sun ("mah" + "(khor)shid"). People named Mahshid include:
