Kocul is a village in the Vlorë County in southern Albania. It was part of the former municipality of Vllahinë.[1] At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Selenicë.[2] The population of Kocul in 2011 census was 3,702.

Kocul is the birthplace two members of the National Committee for the liberation of Vlora (1920), Duro Shaska and Qazim Koculi.
